Helping people through the transition to a permanent job in the labour market is our overall goal. We accomplish this with the help of several labour market measures, in combination with the use of services that we offer, or by using production areas for the purpose of training.

Our corporation currently consists of five companies with approximately 450 employees. The head office is located at Idrettsveien 2 in Heimdal, Trondheim.

Our owners are:
Trondheim municipality (60%) and Trondheim Red Cross (40%).
